Fullness started in 2019 as a web development company. We now build AI agents, automation and data platforms on top of the same engineering foundations.

Our story

Fullness was founded in 2019 when Mahendra, our CTO, returned to India from Sydney. He wanted to build exciting products and decided to bring together a team of dedicated and passionate developers to work with him.

Over the years the team has grown. Alongside developers we have UI/UX designers, SEO professionals and content writers, so a project can go from an idea to something people use and can find.

Today that engineering base is pointed at a new kind of work: agents that do real tasks, automation that holds up, and data that people can trust.

Agents prepare. A person approves anything consequential, whether that is money moving, a message leaving the company or a record changing.
Every run leaves a record
Inputs, steps and decisions are logged, so any outcome can be replayed and explained.
We hand over the keys
The code lives in your repository and the documentation is written for your team, so you can take it fully in-house whenever you choose.

Fullness is a young organisation that values its people. Whether it is our employees or our clients, we strive to give them the best possible experience and room to grow.

Over the next few years we aim to grow the team and take our footprint beyond the APAC region to other geographies.
