AI agents and agentic systems
Software that takes a goal, does the steps, and asks a person when it should.
Agents that read, decide and act across your systems, with a person approving anything that matters and a log of every step.
Agents are useful when work is repetitive, follows rules that have exceptions, and spans several tools. They are risky when nobody can see what they did. We build the first kind and design out the second.
What we build#
- Triage and routing agents that read incoming email, tickets or forms, classify them, and send each to the right person or system.
- Back-office agents that match, check and post: invoices against purchase orders, claims against policies, onboarding documents against requirements.
- Research and drafting agents that gather what is needed from your systems and prepare the reply, the report or the brief for a person to approve.
- Multi-agent systems where specialist agents hand work to each other and an orchestrator keeps the whole run on the record.
How we keep them accountable#
- Least-privilege access. The agent gets the permissions its job needs and nothing more.
- Evaluations before release. We test against real examples from your work, including the awkward ones, and agree what "good enough" means before go-live.
- Monitoring after release. We watch accuracy, cost and drift, and raise an alert when something changes.
- A full audit trail. Every step, input and decision is recorded, so any run can be replayed.
What you get#
- A working agent connected to your real systems
- The evaluation results and the test set behind them
- A runbook your team can follow
- Dashboards for volume, accuracy and cost
A good first project#
Pick one process that is repetitive, rule-heavy and costs real time. We map it, build the narrowest version that works on your data, and measure it against how the work is done today.
Have a process that eats hours? Tell us about it.
A short call is enough to tell you whether an agent is the right answer, and what it would take.
